The purpose of the Christian Football Association is to provide a league where like-minded Christian schools can compete against each other.  The mission is to develop Christian character, promote school spirit, enhance Christian fellowship among member schools, and ultimately to glorify God. The mission of the Christian Football Association should always be the focus of member schools, coaches, players, faculty, staff, administratrors, parents, and fans.

      

Congratulations to coach Chris Hamm and Victory Christian School from Columbus, MS on capturing the CFA Championship for the second year in a row.  This gives Victory their third title in the eight year existence of CFA.  It was a great night for High School football with the weather cooperating nicely.  The Eagles started out strong against Tuscaloosa scoring 22 points in the first quarter and held a 42-0 halftime lead as they dominated the Warriors from the outset.  They were able to control the tempo of the game with their speed and athleticism and take advantage of eight Warrior turnorvers.   The Eagles went on to defeat the Warrios by a score of 49 - 6.  

Tyler Jones was named as the game MVP.  Jones had 5 receptions in the game for 121 yards and two touchdowns. Also contributing on the offensive side of the ball was senior quarterback Parker Eaves who completed 14 of 16 passes for 318 yards and four touchdowns and no interceptions.  Daylon Hairston also was an offensive standout with 4 reception for 113 yards and two touchdowns and also carried the ball nine times for 86 yards and a touchdown.
